Mums losing weight Hannah
Well I joined a gym today. I hope Hannah can help me lose the weight that I have carried for so long.
Here it goes. I start at the GYM on Thursday at 3.30pm for 1.5 hours a day now.
Wow Kat, 1.5 each day? My god you'll end up a pencil! I would love to go to the gym but I have a phobia about the day care at our local gym and by the time Craig come home I'm too exhusted to get on the treadmill in the garage, let alone sweat it out at gym. Good for you, keep us updated on your progress.
Well i cant do much Emma-Kate, I have a ruptured Hamstring that is "career-ending Sport and a mad knee reconstruction post now 3 years". I have to exercise somehow so its all punching, twisting, hopefully walking machines and cycles and upper weights.
I was quite fit before I had Hannah and Harry but since knee recon ive put on nearly 30kg due to that and my depression. 15kg has been since Hannah passed away, ive been in I dont care about my body mode. I have to do this so that I am healthy for Harry. Katherine PS: we dont have child minders at our gym i have to wait for hubby to get home
Well done Kat. that's fantastic. I'm currently doing the Cohens diet and it's hard going some days. It is a chore in itself to fit exercise in with kids isn't it. Keep up the good work !!!!!!!!
Can I say Oh shit Kat? I don't want to be the stranger that says the wrong thing or all the cliches you hear. My wsih for you as a stranger to a stranger is that i can imagine but can't what you and your family are going through. My hope for you is that you know that in my everyday life with my children-I think of you who has lost yours and by golly gosh i strive to be better as "only a mum". Love to you and yours from me and minexxx
